These 2 girls are 5 weeks old, they are transplanted and topped two weeks ago and started LST 1.5 weeks ago. I am not sure about removing the big fan leaves. Am I suppose to remove the ones that I circled in the picture ? Can someone please tell me what to do ?

Your plant isn’t big enough to defoliate yet.
It needs all her leaves at this point to get good growth.
