I’ve noticed this too @MidwestGuy and @Spiney_norman being a member over the years, I’ve noticed a slow down in winter. Spring things pick up again when people start dropping beans again.
I know my garage is too cold to flower in, but perhaps I’ll start some plants and veg a little longer than normal, and flower in spring. I have a heater, but it doesn’t heat the tent enough for flowering.
Holiday times, is generally when people are busy with family things, but I check in with the best of all of you!

Dont blame leadership for someone else wanting to have a grow forum without catering to the same old questions. Looking for experienced growers is their goals.
Kinda like Bergman Lab wasnt for everyone.

It’s the winter slow down. Happens every year.
This time of year, I’m using 4’ heating mats with a pot probe controller. I set the root temp at 76° and it keeps my tents ambient in line. Seems to help balance out the humidity swing at night as well.

For me it’s seeds making time. Winter winner activity. Cannabis and fruit pits. I try to make 4 seed runs for distinct keeper males I collected over the years. And sprout my fruit pits to graft over in a few months to be proven fruit cultivars.
I distinctly noticed a big slow down over the last 2 weeks. It’s not your imagination.

I kinda thought the same. I would check and see like 15 or 20 new topics a day for thr longest time. Not so much anymore.

High school playoffs, from cross country, volleyball, football, and hockey for some, hunting season in many various form on various species, holiday shopping, just to mention a few. Vacations for some, snow sports.
Lots of the same factors apply to every month on why its slow or not.

We do see a seasonal slowdown which I’ve noticed for a few years. Some of the traffic is due to outdoor growing as well. I start my grow right around New Year’s Day just to manage my own life issues lol.
