Is Fox Farms Happy Frog soil for seeds?

And whats a good tds meter

Don’t need a good tds. I got a cheapie. Think it was a Vivosun or something else. Caught it for like 8-9 dollars. That’s a simple test.

PH I recommend an Apera 20 at the least. They make a 60 and BlueLabs is a solid company but higher. Just you’d rather spend a few more bucks on the pH then the tds.

Do they have one thats a combo ph and a tds meter that you recommend

The Apera 60 I believe. It’s around 100 but one solid piece of tech.

Yes Apera does make that, not sure which model it is, but it’s good although a little pricey

I have a 2 liter pitcher and im growing in happy frog soil im 3 week in early veg how much flora micro flora grow and flora bloom do i add how many milliliters do I add of each one and my two gallon picture plus my vivosun meter is not that great and I have no solution to calibrate it

Sorry not 2 gallon. In a 2 liiter pitcher

I’m not very good with standard to metric calculations….

The instructions that came with the nutes should be solid. If anything I’d go by there recommendations but at 1/4 to half strength. Never start at 100%

Also what do the plants look like? Feeding too early normally leads to more problems

I’ve always used the paper towel method, always worked. Last month I tried putting the seed in a cup of water and it popped in a couple of days. You’d be surprised the conditions a seed will germinate. Back in the 70’s all we had was bag weed and plenty seeds. I had a seed germinate on my floor mat in the back seat of my car. The liquid that popped it was beer from a can on the back floor. It had a long tap root and the cotyledons were formed. I should of planted it. Maybe I would of got a 6 pack, lol. So pretty much any moisture will work.

O yeah. They are all asking for a snack. And possibly a bigger container lol

Those need bigger containers my friend. Are they autoflowers or photoperiod?

If they dont get fresh soil and bigger containers soon they will stress and be very stunted. Get some fox farms ocean forest soil and plant them in 5 gallon fabric pots. You won’t need to feed for a while as that soil has the nutrients to give them.

Their photoperiod

You can get plenty of experience with fem seeds. When you run regular seeds you want to run several because you have a 50/50 chance of male to female. As far as the solo cups, those plants will never do much at all. You’ll need to transplant asap.
