Look forward to watching. I shop at HTG local store, great place good prices. Best of luck

Are you going to be using them for veg and flower?
If so , then you want 6500k bulbs for vegg and 3500k bulbs for flowering…
I use them for vegg only…
Also home depot sales 4 foot , 4 bulb t5ho fixtures for $90 bucks without the bulbs and you have to put on your own whip for $9 more bucks and a few minutes of your time…

I thought you would go higher on the bulbs not lower for flowering i did not know this so a 100000k bulb is to high or should i just start with the 100000k then drop down for flowering.

oh yes going full term with these lights

I am using a Quantum Horticulture Bad Boy T5 in a 2x4x6 tent this grow. Uses 8 - four foot HO quantum tubes. Doing great so far…

I use 2900k for flower

I’ve never even heard of 10000k bulbs…
Kelvin is a measurement of wavelength… it doesn’t go that high… somewhere your seeing a misprint… or your just misreading what your seeing…
If I were you , i would do 2 bulbs 6500k and 2 bulbs 3500k and run from start to finish…

What you have to understand is that those lights are only good for about 10 to 20 inches … after that the light will not work… so I would suggest learning how to scrogg and lst big time…

Thanks for the info and yes i tpo the numbers of the bulbs

I think I’m using the same lights. I have 4 F54T5/HO Spectrum 10,000k Finisher lights which will go from seeds to flowering. I’m told.

Just wondering about these lights, thanks.

Take a picture of the listing on the bulbs…
I’ve never seen 10,000 Kelvin bulbs…
I don’t believe they exist…
Kelvin is a wavelength of spectrum…

Here we go

I have 4 10,000K full spectrum T5 lights 54 watts each 5000 lumens. I should be able to go the whole thing, all stages with these correct. I could go buy a 3000k or whatever too

I once used a 8 bulb ballast and did 6(6500) and 2(3500) always had good results sometimes changed to kick flower over faster to 4 of each… But is basically 5000k, the wording on the package is weird but should be okay might need a 3500 in there for flower to help get dense buds.

Holy crap , I didn’t think those existed…
I know it says finisher , but I’m not so sure…
I use 6500 kelvin for vegging and 4500 for flowering …
Most people like to flower under 3000 Kelvin , which is more of an orange spectrum and the 4500 is a mixture of both blue and orange and the 6500 is a bright blue , so I’m really interested in what the color of those bulbs look like…
Hey @dbrn32 , have you ever seen these bulbs and what kind of wave length is this…?

I’ve never seen plants flowered under them, so im not really sure.

@peachfuzz looks like this

I don’t see why they wouldn’t work. Still same typical t5 efficacy though, so would need a lot of power to have dense heavy buds.

How can I increase power for better buds?

I was able to grow great bud using eight (8) 54 watt lamps in a 2x4 tent. The fixture took up the entire canopy and temps raised 10 degrees. Also, the penetration is not that great but in a SCRoG or small plants, no worries. The only way to get more power is increase driver capacity then add lamps.

Not sure i understand what you are asking. If you want more power you will need more or bigger lights
