What looks sad?
Looks like you started 2-3 different groups of plants then expected them all to survive in the same area.
I seen a little tiny veg next to a 2-3’ plant. My first thought was “ that poor thing will never make it”
We could really use some pictures in regular white lighting if you have questions about them tho, I’d remove your seedling and find a place she can make it

She gets moved a little. I usually set her on a 5 gallon bucket so she doesn’t get over shadow.
The little one I dunno what happened. She is almost 3 months old and was planted under the same light
