I have 4 new seedlings approx. 2" tall. They seem a little stretched. They are in 5" peat pots. I am running a 100w “Gooing Top” LED full spectrum / 2 prong set up from Amazon. It was set at 16", a friend said lower it to 3" It has a 50% & 100% brightness level. Sorry I’m computer stupid, photo is on my phone. Please help…TY

Try d/l the Photon app and play around with it to see what distance puts out around 500ppfd :+1:t2::green_heart::sign_of_the_horns:t2:
It won’t be exact but a close ballpark

You will definitely want more light before flowering. Shoot for 40-50 watts per square foot.:oncoming_fist: Welcome aboard!
