Yeah they’re awesome!! Within 48 hours somebody always emails me back.
I ordered 5 White Widow Autos. Soaked all of them in water for 48hrs, then planted them all in Jiff Seedling mix. Only 3 sprouted out (they’re doing great outside now). I emailed ILGM about the issue, they responded immediately and within a week they had shipped me replacement seeds. Haven’t germinated them yet since I’m about to go out of town for a week, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service. I was really impressed.
