Looks like you are using a moisture meter, why? For consistent and productive growth coco needs to be thoroughly soaked throughout with nutrients on a daily basis with run off between 20-30%

Ok. Well let’s get this straightened out now so you don’t have any problems going forward.
Thoroughly soak the pot with feed every day. pH to 5.8-6.0 throughout veg and aim for 6.0-6.2 during flower. Aim for a nutrient concentration of 800-1000.
Coco is a hydroponic medium, it demands daily feed and likes 90-100% saturation.
