I think spider mites please help

Thanks a lot !! This forum is great especially for someone like me with my first real grow I’m hooked !!! And don’t want too mess it up but any problem I got multiple people with so much knowledge and experience willing to just give it away it’s awesome !!

I think you may be right about the wind burn cause we have had a bout with heavy winds this last week or so and I did harden my plants before moving them out completely but they didn’t experience any wind like we’ve had

I’ve got a jewlers loop should arrive any day so if it is a something il find it if it’s a catipiller il find him and he’s getting thrown out the club haha

If you’re growing outdoors try Purecrop1 or Dr Zymes Captian jacks will only do so much. Dont get me wrong I use it but if you’re are fighting some kind of infestation Purecrop1 or Dr Zymes or Green cleaner will work better and your plants will show it. These are also fungicides. I spray as a maintenance program one of these every few days. If I have an infestation I spray every day for 3-4 days then skip a day then do it again. I switch which one I’m using every few applications.
Heres a list of what I use
Green cleaner
Purecrop1
Dr Zymes
Lost coast plant therepy
Annihilation pesticide, if I have a heavy infestation.
Captian jacks
Monterey BT for caterpillars
Captian jacks and Monterey BT can be mixed in with any of the above all can be used up until harvest. They are all plant based and organic.
Dr Zymes can also be used as a bud wash

I agree with others it doesn’t look like spider mite damage. Looks more like caterpillars. Holes in a few leaves on small outdoor plants is normal. They’re probably gonna be removed anyway. Specially the ones closest to the ground.

There are no silly questions.
I like to spray late in the day when its still light out. Just before sunset. You wanna spray while the bugs are still active. You can spray after dark if you want I do sometimes, when its convenient. You want to soak the entire plant top to bottom over and under the leaves and the soil under the plant.

Makes sense on why I could not find it on there page on Amazon :joy:

If you use soap on the leaves try and do it in the shade or out of direct sunlight. I usually wait until an hour before sunset and soap them up then. Let them sit and rinse off. This is less of an issue if the weather is cool but if it’s hot and the sun is belting down, then get the plant out of the sun to do it.
