I messed up and sprayed my plants with soapy water while being under the light all day and then I also sprayed permethrin on them for thrips and the mix of them both burnt my plants bad. I have cut off the very bad parts. So I have a couple questions. PLEASE HELP!
What should I do ??
What time is best to treat if/when I need too ??

Did you have a bug problem? Is that why you sprayed? If you need to spray the leaves it should be done just before lights out. 
They should survive.
They look like they’ll bounce back. Captain Jack’s Dead Bug Juice Concentrate mixed at 1.5x strength.

I believe u can rinse ur plant off so it doesnt have that on it that should be fine.when spraying plants always do it after the lights have turned off
Yes, I think they are thrips. When I turn a flashlight on I seen very few of them so I tried getting them before it got bad
Thank you. Yea I didn’t realize until after I already sprayed. I thought “oh no, I know the plants are hot so that wasn’t a good idea.” And sure enough it burnt them.
One more question. Should I cut like leaf itself (like I did in the pictures) or should I cut back where the stem meets the stalk ??
I would just cut off the bad leaves just

Ride it out. They will recover. And for future Captain Jack’s Dead Bug. You can also use diatomaceous earth and mosquito bits.

So they are white widow autos, They are 18 days old today, they are in FF OF, 130w light with 2 regular 3000k light bulbs also, I did have it 18” from top but I now have it at 20”. I water every 2-3 days. Use 0.5ml each of micro grow bloom per 500ml of water.
Having just battled a thrip infestation, the regime that worked was:
I threw the book at them, it took about a month to finally get them all gone. You have to repeat the sprays, I found alternating the first two to be most effective.
They are super annoying that’s for sure.
Personally I would raise light to about 24 inchs for the time being. Watch the new growth for improvement. Ocean forest should carry your plants for about 6 weeks without needing feed✌️
