I started my harvest yesterday

I grew autoflower from 2fast4buds variety pack so i have no idea what i grew lol anyway on one plant i topped it on 4 set of branches it got really bushy where other 3 were twice the height. The smaller plant had alot more buds. I posted earlier about my bottoms of the 3 tall ones weren’t ready tricomes and white hairs. So i cut the plants at the 4th branches from bottom. I am using my grow tent as a drying room so i can control humidity and temperature. So basically my whole plants are hanging on 4 hangers with a duct fan and a small fan on bottom in a 4x4 tent and 2 small dehumidifiers keeping it at 53-55% temp is 65-68°… i did cut most of yellow leaves off. The 3 plants i left the 4 branches on i took outside. I figured i would see what happens with them. I am growing them DWC hydroponics in 5 gallon buckets. I cut foam plates to cover the media clay balls so the rain doesn’t water down my nutrients. Has anyone else done this? Does anyone have any other suggestions. Thanks for the info.

@DynamicDuo congratulations!

I just finished my harvest/drying.

I also use a 4x4… I have a small 4" ac infinity exhaust going through a carbon filter… On an inkbird humidity controller to bring in drier air… The other side if controller a cool mist humidifier.

I keep another inkbird temp controller in to watch the temps… Occasionally switching the exhaust to the temp controller if necessary.

A small Jardin monkey fan on low at the bottom.

I wet trim the buds… I found it easier with the firm not wilted leaves and stems… Any leaf bits left I use a cannabrush to gently wipe the dried leaves away.

I usually get a 5-10 day dry to 10-12% moisture by a hay or wood moisture meter… Then into grovebags for a 6 week minimum cure.

They really make things easier… I hated doing the jar burping thing… I have dozens of jars…

I should try actually canning… Pickles or something… Mmmmm… Delicious jams and jellies.
