So I think I harvested too soon. I already trimmed and dried them. now I have them curing. Just out curiosity I looked at the dried buds (I wanted to see what the crystal looked during the curing phase). I saw a lot of clear ones. Is this harvest a waste or can something be done
Really only one way to find out. Smoke some and evaluate taste and high.
I would give it a long cure and give it a test. Also I noticed the humidity pack have you checked the moisture. Buds look nice in the jar.
I did check the moisture of the buds. they are sticky and slightly crunchy on the outside a little soft and firm on the inside and still smells a little green. they have only been curing for a week
@FlxerPower is right. I can’t think of any way to improve the potency after harvest, although I can think of plenty of ways to ruin it. If it makes your heart race, maybe keep curing it at room temperature, with the idea that some THC will convert to CBN. I don’t know that will work, but it’ll be interesting to see how it works out for you. Good luck!
Sounds good ,you can also drop you a miniature hydrometer in the jar will read in percentage. Give it a couple of days then check the reading. Good luck
Yeah! GoVee has some really inexpensive Bluetooth models that work great.
I harvested my first grow too early. At first the effects were very weak. I let them sit in jars for a good month or more and tried again . Surprisingly it had turned into a nice relaxing body effect . Like @KeystoneCops said give it a good long cure and you might be surprised
Thanks , I’ll check it out the cheap ones I’ve been using need batteries changed quite often.
Model H5101
These are inexpensive and work as well as my $600.00 meters and i love the data logging.
I’m proud to announce that I have grew some really good bud. Blue haze came out with fruity tone and a great high. Success never tasted so good
