im looking to try my luck with hydroponics . where do i start? i need a system. D.y.i or one i need to buy… want to grow 2-6 plants, i know thats a big spread . im just not sure what to do to get it going. any advise would be great full!

How much room you have?
I use two totes for growing and a trash can for a reservoir. I have a chiller and a 400 gal/hr. water pump and all the other fixings.
What questions do you have?
A little research will give you plenty of ideas.

I’m working with a 4x4 tent. Looking for a decent set up . Just not sure what I need for a set up . I have been watching vids and reading up to try to get a fill for it

I dove right into it myself … i have a 3 1/2 gallon bucket with net pot. 125 gallon an hour air pump with a 4 in air stone . Using clay pebbles. I use jack 321 for nutrients. I have had no trouble at all with it. Easy to fill and check ph and ppm. Good luck with what ever you choose. Happy Growing

The one on the rightis in soil about half of what the dwc is in size. I have the vipar xs 2000 QB light 240v hlg driver dimmable light that i got about 2 weeks ago. Love it. Im also a first time grower myself will be getting another bucket like this one … in 2x4 tent .

It comes with the clay pebbles. I started it in jiffy pod until the roots came out the bottom the went right to the bucket with jack 321 in the res. Took off fast. The air pump really rolls the water i had mine all the way up from the start.
