HPS mixed with LED

A question from a fellow grower:

I want to ask you about the Light
My room is 4x4 mtr and I have Led Grow Light 300 watts x 4
can I mix with 2 HPS 400 watts ?
coz, if I turn on the HPS then the Light of Led was Decrease
(HPS light more strongest then Led light)
Is it Normal ? Thanks a Lot
