How to know you're suffering light stress

Symptoms present themselves similarly to other environmental stress, and other issues. Tacoing, clawing ect.
The key thing you’re looking for is “bleaching or yellowing” starting at the base of the leaf which gradually turns green toward the tip.

Another way to observe and to confirm light stress is to view how the plant behaves over night. If Symptoms ease over night and the leaf flattens out in the morning but tacos throughout the day. You might need to lift or dim your lights.
