How to flush my plants?

How do I flush a 5 gallon pot? I have FFOF and have a real high ppm off of run off like 3,000+ppm on all my plants. Please help

Picts would help. But how fresh is the soil if early in use mat not be an issue how old are the plants?

They are 7 weeks in bloom. That was the last transplant I did so soil is that old this is my very first grow and I’ve been beating them up sense seedlings so I’m trying to fix it now

I use primarily FF OF but add a few things. Here are 2 PPM readings. The first is slurry done on a new batch 2007. This the run off reading after applying first 50% dose of FF Trio 2190.
I place them on a grate sitting on a 5 gallon bucket to catch it. Use 2 to 3 x pots size to flush. 5 gallon pot = 10 to 15 gallons
