@dbrn32 I dont know if these pictures are good or not or if you can see triches better in this photos or not but there are a good bit of amber color triches. Also if I have to wait longer for harvest how long you think it will be ready?

Those trichs look mature, but they still look like they’re on leaves instead of buds.

It was the top bud I took a picture of close up. Theres sugar leaves everywhere but its mainly bud in pictures. I did in fact check the triches on fan leaves and other sugar leaves and I did see a good bit of amber triches clear as day. So if there matured how long should i want til I get 70% amber triches or in other words narcotic/couchlock high?
@dbrn32 would it be safer to wait 1 more week to harvest?
You don’t need to have 70% amber to do that. As I stated earlier, a lot of that has to do with genetics. Personally, I try to get to an all cloudy state. Usually end up with maybe 10-20% amber with majority of the rest cloudy. Purposely trying to get couch lock, maybe a little more amber than that. But amber is technically degrading thc, so I wouldn’t push them too far.

Okay so just by looking at the triches how there cloudy/milky when should the best time to harvest them? I do have a little bit of white pistols on buds too not much though. The strain i have is GG4

@dbrn32 yeah my triches look cloudy and some amber color. If triches are done and if i have a little bit of white pistols its still okay to harvest? 10 weeks in flowering stage is usually harvest time too right?
I just checked every bud. Roughly 20 percent is amber color. All buds have cloudy trichomes no clear trichs. I think there ready for harvest today. The thing that makes me undecided is the pistols.

In pic posted there’s just a few stray white pistils there, that’s not going to change anything

Okay gotcha so when I dry them all those white hairs will normally turn different colors and thats normal for it too do that right? I’m so happy this grow went soo good! Scrog net really helped alot and taking eccess fan leaves off the bottom of cola.

Okay sweet! Trimming is gonna be fun LOL I’ll get some pictures trimmed and not trimmed up. Defenitly gotta show you what the outcome is. When I was moving colas to aside carefully I have noticed buds that were big that was hidden. Again thank you for the help!
