Approximate 8 to 10 weeks from the start of flowering. Then begin looking at trichomes with a USB microscope to establish trichome maturity. Harvest to trichome maturity to your taste (cloudy or amber.) Clear/cloudy will give you a racy high. Amber tricomes will give you a sedating, couch-lock high.

Usb doesnt work for me, I have one but find it hard to hold steady enough for clear pic
But more importantly, do you see these as clear or cloudy?
I see them as clear.

I use a cheap mic stand with my microscope. Hold it steady for pics

Just take a photo with your phone, and zooooooom in. Works well…
Just remember, keep your phone and plant really still, when you take the photo. Perhaps turn your tent fans off to help.
Dont just look at one top bud, take photos of several buds , then u can get an average of what stage your trichomes are at. Buds closest to the light, ripen faster than buds lower down.
Personally, i like to do stuff, while i am partaking, so i harvest, when trichomes are around 70% milky, and very few or no amber trichomes, so i avoid “couch lock”.

At least 60 days for cure in my Groove bags. Same with jars. You can smoke it sooner but i find the best results at 60 or more days for taste…

Grove bags are the best, stays right st 58% humidity!
