Learned how to make feminised photoperiod seed, by researching on the net, and using Colloidial Silver, it worked to a point, i only got 100 seeds.
Was very curious about Autoflowers, as had only ever worked with photo’s, so i imported a bunch of Fem-Autos, and gave them a try. One of the phenos gave me a whopping 180g!!! in 11 weeks from germination.
I was sold!.. After spending a small fortune importing and growing more autos, i decided to give auto breeding a go…
First attempt, using CS, i got my timing wrong, resulting in around 50 viable seeds, and a few hundred immature non viable seeds.
Sooo much work for such a small return, so i tried silver Thiosulfate solution that i had read about… WOW! 100% success, now i had around 4500 Auto-fem seeds (5 different mums), with 80-90% germ rate. I gave 90% of my seeds away, to encourage more people into Autos, for their super short germination to harvest cycle of 10-12wks
Fast forward, 3 years, i am now selectively choosing phenos, based on structure, yield, flavour and strength, for breeding.
