Agree, Transplant into 3 gallon containers. Training is probably not going to be necessary. They will stay pretty short. Autos do much better if not left in the solo cups more than two weeks tops. Most of us plant the seed in the final pot after soaking/sprouting so transplanting wont slow them down any.

Going into flower, I’d hold off on training. Maybe pulling a branch here and there later on, but nothing major. Being an auto, at this stage, too much could really impact your yield. Agree with others also, a bigger home would help her out also.

If you do it nice and easy, don’t let the soil crumble up and cover it well, add some mykos if you got it, she’ll be fine. I transplanted an auto last week that had just started flowering into a 5 gallon. I kid you not, hand to Jeebus, swear on the grow bible, she has grown well over a foot. Transplanting isn’t as rough as some growers think, when done right.

Would recharge work for transport

I believe so. I haven’t used recharge, I use DynoMyko, but I think it’s fine to water with at transplant. @Spiney_norman @kellydans is this ok?

Yes, just water with it after instead of putting it dry on the roots.
Just need the mycorrhizae to contact the roots directly.
