Keep in mind it is the weekend and they are in Amsterdam so it likely won’t be until Monday before you get a response.

Just copy the email address I posted above and paste it in the “to” in your email. Give them your order number and explain your issue.
thanks for that mate have forwarded it onto them an recieved a generated email telling me they will respond thanks very much for your help
Anytime. I have confidence that they get it sorted out for you.
thanks its been really frustrating this time as far as results germinating, following guidelines to a tee over the years results have been good this time was terrible unfortunately
Yeah it can really throw off a grow timeline. It sucks but there’s no way to tell if a seed is capable of germinating until it doesn’t. Their guarantee is they’ll replace them if they don’t.
Bobby, We can also tag @ILGM.Sharon . Great lady who handles the sales and other order issues
I usually only tag her if there has been no response from emails. Macca was just looking for the contact info.
yer last time i had a few not pop an were replaced but this time round got less than 50% i just dont wanna be the guy askin for replacements but i cant see what im doing wrong im sure i will hear from them tho thanks again
I drop mine in a shot glass of RO water with a capful of hydrogen peroxide. Place in a dark, warm place (above 70*) and wait. Usually will have a tail after 24hrs. Others soak in water for 24hrs then transfer to a damp paper towel placed in a ziplock bag. Some drop right into soil/coco/rock wool and let it go au naturel. I’ve always had success with RO and hydrogen peroxide so haven’t ventured beyond that.
Hi @macca480 ,
Thanks for your email, one of my colleagues will get back to you in a moment!
Thanks for sharing your screenshot. It looks like our contact page hasn’t been working properly the last few days, how frustrating! We are looking into this as we speak.
