Problems with customer support

Okay, so I was asked to email support via email by ILGM and I did. It was for replacements for seeds because of a review. The person who replied wanted me to wait months or a year before they sent replacements, i asked them to send them now and they (Sarah) stopped responding. I sent several more emails, no response. I then contacted ILGM support via the form two more times and filed a complain via the support email and she finally replied about 4 days later claiming she was not ignoring me, but I had not replied. Bear in mind at this point i’ve replied to her at least 3-4 times, so i emailed her again stating that and that i’d like my replacement. No response after three days. So I sent 11 more emails to her after becoming very upset. Here I am out $200. Three orders in and was praying this website would solve all my genetics needs. I STILL have not heard back from Sarah, my two separate inquires have gone completely ignored and my complaint did not get me a response of any kind. I still have not been provided any information, or a coupon or replacement of any kind. Despite the email from Robert Bergman specifically asking me to email them. Anybody know what on earth is going on? It’s like our emails are going to the ILGM spam box if we mention replacement seeds but they get the email fine any other time

Unfortunately the forum and seed shop aren’t overseen by same groups of people. We are happy to have you here though, and hopefully our liason can help you find a reasonable resolution to your issue.

My colleague got back to you about this yesterday, we have reshipped your seeds and given you a coupon code before. We will help you out again but if you send 10 emails about the same issue, we naturally won’t reply to all of them. We try to keep it clear by sticking to one email thread and it would be helpful if you answer our questions.

Please allow our support team to get back to you within 24 hours, it can take a bit longer during the weekends, sending multiple emails will only slow down the process.

Hope u get everything u r looking for buddy. Ilgm is seriously a good company just maybe u ordered at a hectic time. Sorry to hear this as ive had great success at buying and returning bad seeds

YOU GAVE ME A COUPON CODE BECAUSE MORE OF YOUR SEEDS FAILED. THAT’S YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. DO NOT TALK TO ME LIKE YOU’RE DOING ME A FAVOR. AND NO, YOU HAVE NOT SENT ME REPLACEMENTS BEFORE. I GET YOU PEOPLE WANNA LOOK GOOD, BUT DO IT BY BEING GOOD TO CUSTOMERS, NOT TRYING TO MANIPULATE THEM. strong text

I HOPE SO, TOO, BUT i AM NOT PUTTING UP WITH THEM. THEY SEEM TO WANNA TRY AND MANIPULATE ME AND MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD.

and if you guys saw ALL OF THOSE EMAILS through that entire time and STILL didn’t bother dealing with my issue OR responding, then SCREW ILGM. I could find better service than that in a ditch in the ghetto

A coupon code for germination issues has been given in July, a reshipment for more replacements is about to ship out any moment now but it might be better for us to give you a refund at this point since it’s clear that you are not happy with our service.
