How Are My Girls Looking?

They have a nice sticky look on the buds, u just need some better light like the others have said.

I know u said u don’t have $300 to drop on just a light, but would u be willing to invest $50 more for an entire kit?

This is the one I finally grabbed. Trust me, I know what it’s like to be broke, but if u can stack up and put together about $375 u can get that whole kit+shipping. It’s definitely worth it.

This is my Girl Scout Cookie Extreme I ordered from here, she’s 5 weeks and 5 days old. I’d say if u can, get the whole kit because it literally comes with everything. The fan, filter, ducting, tent, light, 4 5gallon fabric buckets, trellis net, timer for the light. If not, the TS 1000 light is great on its own. 150 watt LED full spectrum, u will get everything u need out of it.

It’s your money, but I would I highly recommend saving and getting a good light brother. You will just be running around in circles with crap from the hardware store. Just get what you can with the equipment you have this time around, and save up till you can afford a good light. Then depending on the light, on your next grow just grow maybe 1 plant and focus the light on that one plant. You will be multitudes happier with the results from a plant that has been bathing in full spectrum goodness vs the road you’re going down now.

I agree. I’m going to buy the grow tent kit listed earlier for my next grow. Looks like a good setup for the money. I thought the lights I bought, combined with the natural light the room gets, would do the job. I was wrong. I have roughly five weeks left of this grow, hopefully, I will still get a somewhat decent harvest. I’m breaking it all down into vape oil, so potency is what is most important to me with this grow.

Better lighting with 5 weeks left i bet you could quadruple what you got there now. The last 4-5 weeks of flower is when buds bulk up. Get them better lighting or put them outside during the day and under lights for a few hours in the evening and early morning. That will get you better than what you are gonna get with the lights you’re using.

Not sure where you’re at but you may could set the plants outside each day. It would be aggravating as hell, but they would get more light than they are getting now and get bigger without costing more money. Depends how cold it is and/or wet.

The others providing you good feedback here. Most bang for your buck in grow lights is 600 watt hps rig. They can be difficult to manage temperature when in use though, especially if you’re looking to use a tent. Most of the time require an air cooled hood, which starts getting a little more expensive.
