"Hortus: The Growers Toolbox App"! Released! care to test?

Don’t push it no matter what your brain is telling you, believe me I am learning what pushing myself is causing me, results of this is not pain just discomfort and damn near living on the toilet, yes strength is coming back very slow ( cause of situation) but not for long, have pre-op appts the 6 th, follow ups of stroke 11 th and 12 th, and surgery the 18 th. We will both come out the other side of this my friend take care eh..

My brother I was reading a bit and see you are having some trouble with your back and being able to get low enough to do what you gotta do. So it got me thinking and if your plants base are on wheels why not get yourself this or something like it to help with your back.

Might make things a little easier.

Thought about it… unfortunately…still to high and end up bending over them…sitting next to them has been working.

I appreciate the tip @DanB !

I hope you have a wonderful evening!

Testing…the app works with the model!

Now I just need to get it faster and more accurate…I had to force this one by showing a male.

I used my old dataset (which is heavy on male detections) for sh!ts and giggles…needed to see if it was functioning as intended…finding stuff and putting a box with label over an object.

I am on my way…now I finally have an app that will work with the models properly!

Now the long hard work of working on and redoing “all” of the Ai datasets.

I hope you all have a great day!

Getting there…faster and more accurate:

I built stands for the tents and elevated them 2” from ceiling. Then built my stool, so I can sit at pot height or work them while standing. Just a thought

I am glad I upgraded the gpus on this thing…just did another training and this one is much faster and more accurate…but no real features…like screen capture, share pic, send/share to Hortus support(in case of great or bad results), Load images, videos…etc

I may add this one back to Hortus soon:

Started training the next Ai model:

Successfully added the M or F analyzer back to Hortus…just need to test it.

Tests with @ChittyChittyBangin pics:

Once tested thoroughly and working as well as the demo test app did…I am adding a few things on the bottom.
The ability to choose buttons for:

Camera, Gallery, or Capture.

Camera is default for realtime detection,
Gallery allows user to load custom pics or videos to load in for detection,
Capture will screenshot the camera view with the labeled boxes detected shown.

unfortunately, the pest model needs much more:

I forgot to mention in the two posts above…I had reached a milestone in the Ai that I had set…

I needed the app part to work properly. Adding the other features should be very easy. Now all I must do is concentrate on getting more images per ai to add to the datasets.

I’ll probably create new threads that people can submit bugs found on their plants. This would help in many ways.

Currently the pest model has 97 bug types but very few with more than ten good high quality examples. That, is why the low training scores…the map50 should be above 78% the map50-95 should be above 38% to reach production quality.
