I am torn between the HLG 260 or the California light works solar extreme 250. Is there a reason anyone would go with one over the other? Any thoughts are appreciated greatly!
Would be getting 2 one for my 2x2 tent and one for my 2x3 Aeroponic bay.
That 260 is overkill for those size spaces (It would be ok in the 2x3). Why not a HLG 135w kit for the 2x2 and a HLG 260 for the other? Is the aeroponic chamber veg only? If so you could just run 2- 135w kits. One for the 2x2 and one for the 2x3. It would save you a lot of money
I am going to try for veg and flower in the Aeroponic bay.i was not sure if that 135 would be sufficient? If you think so I will probably go that route and save a little cash.maybe mix the 260 and a 135 HLG. Any thoughts on the California lights work lights? @BobbyDigital
If you’re flowering in the 2x3 then bump up to the 260 or the California. Haven’t seen any complaints on the California light. There are a bunch of people here that use them. I believe it is less efficient than the hlg’s and I think you lose the dimming option as well. But it is $100 cheaper than the HLG.
Yeah a HLG135 V2 Rpsec for the 2x2, I am using one in a 2x2 and it is working great.
