HLG 300L Rspec settings seedlings

Quick question, long time lurker, first time poster.

I have the HLG 300 light and wanted to know height from seedlings and power setting recommendations you all may have.

Going to be auto flower GSC extreme if that matters

I run my HLG 260 about 2 feet above the plant at half power. I also disconnect 1 of the 2 LED panels. Seedlings don’t need a whole lot of light.

If you end up with a short young plant, give it a little less light to encourage it to stretch out. If you end up with a leggy plant, give it more light. Cannabis adapts pretty quickly. You’ll see a difference in a week.
