Just a blemish… probably got a very small cut on branch… nothing much to worry about imo.

If it concerns you , you can medicate the spot with a little raw honey and keep your eye on it

If it gets bad(which I doubt) it is only one branch affected, and this doesn’t look to me like anything that would spread, but again, I’d certainly keep my eye on it
