Do you have any more seeds?
It looks like it is a goner.

I agree. Try again. Not worth the effort.

Any idea as to what got you to this point?

Do you have your ppm runoff numbers from the last watering?

By chance are you giving nutes and are in brand new soil (which typically has its own and enough for the first 4-6 weeks.

Do you check the ph of your water and nutes before use?

It looks like it might be a Miracle Grow victim if overfeeding isn’t the case. What soil are you using, @Ozzyboom?

I agree you maybe better off starting over. But first you should do a thorough inspection of the roots on the dead one. See if the soil has burned up the tiny roots. It is important that you get a good idea of has gone wrong.
I like to start seeds or clones in the Root Roit Plugs, and they have a slight nutrients for seedlings. Then transplant after seeing some roots coming out of the plugs. I wouldn’t recommend the Jiffy plugs though, since they will not hold the ph needed. For soil type I would recommend using Roots Organic Original.

Yup, start over. Here’s an easy method that produces good results. Take it or leave it.

Get some fox farm happy frog soil, and solo cups. Moisten the soil, and fill the solo cup. Plant the seed directly into the soil (not very deep), spray a little water on it to settle the seed, and stick a baggie over the top to make a little greenhouse. Keep it warm, and it should break ground in about 3 or 4 days. Stick it under your light on low power, and don’t water until dry.
When seedling is as wide as the cup, transplant into pot of happy frog mixed with perlite, worm castings, a little blood and bone meal, and fox farm fruit and flower 4-9-3 per the instructions on the package. Then top dress with the fruit and flower after 6 weeks, then once a month after that. I use a little kelp me kelp you during veg. I also use recharge occasionally to keep the microbes healthy.
