Your all good. Keep doing what your doing
Thanks everybody I appreciate everybody
Agree, everything looks kosher
All looks hunky dory to me . Maybe watering, whats the schedule like ? .make the roots find the water when you do. A little to the outside dont have to soak her. She’s a chugging along!
Hi everybody I was going Thur my seed today didn’t realize all of them are auto’s expect for 2 of them so I was wondering is everything the same process an is it easier or harder to grow auto’s thanks guys
I think its the same. Just leave alone to do their thang
It’s all the same really… photos just get 18 hrs of light for 2 weeks, 1 month, 1 year - however long you want to veg them for then simply switch lighting to 12 hours and Bam!!! You’ll have flower ready to chop in 8 - 14 weeks…
Good morning every one! I’m using ffof soil when do I need to feed if at all? Do I need to use cal-mag at all?sorry for all the questions before I did the transplant I was putting the soil in a 5 gallon fabric pots a big came out of the soil scared me is that normal? I’m growing NL autos which is better to grow? And easier? regular feminized or auto feminized?thanks guys I really appreciate you guys
here’s a discussion on feeding. yes you will need to feed them after they eat up everything in the soil.
auto and photo fems are just different. there’s no real easier, except maybe that with autos you don’t have to worry about light leaks as much because the light isn’t going to affect their flowering schedule. downsize is you have no control over when they flower or how big (or small) they’ll get. with photos you decide how big you want them and flip them into flower when you determine. you also want to be careful not to traumatize autos too much because they have such a short veg time. you typically would not transplant them or top or train too vigorously. they won’t have time to recover.
@Agrestic thanks! Appreciate it
@Agrestic @Killadruid @PurpNGold74 @Myfriendis410 @Familyman @MrPeat @LoCoRock @Axemanjake23 @dbrn32 sorry if I forgot anybody Hey guys! How is everybody doing today? She is 3 weeks old today put her in jiffy peat pellet on October 25th she Sprouted on October 29 she went into a cup on the 31st transplanted her on November 12th into a 5 gallon grow bag here is pic from today I was just wondering is she on track far as size an things for her age? An I was wondering idk if you guys can see but what’s going on in the middle is that normal? Thanks again
looking stellar!
I concur. Pretty lil misses u have. Love this age. Kinda stable
and who doesn’t love stable. amen. flowering is when it all goes to sh!t. lol.
@Agrestic I hope not I’m already on the edge check on her every second thinking! I think over thinking what I should do what I should be doing? I didn’t realize all my seeds I ordered are auto’s except for 2 that I got free with my purchase I been reading about them there’s a lot of mixed reviews on them so idk what’s accurate
mixed reviews of what, the strain?
i think everyone checks theirs constantly. it’s part of the fun.
@Agrestic sorry I probably wasn’t clear mixed reviews about auto’s is there really a difference between auto’s an feminized?
did you read the explanations above? they are just different creatures. autos will get as big or as small as they want and will flower when they want. sometimes they flower fast and will be tiny and other times they will get too big. they are not sensitive to the 12/12 light schedule or light leaks. with photos you control you the size and decide when to flower. they are sensitive to light leaks and schedules.
@Agrestic thanks just wondering cuz I read online in sum sites they really don’t produce THC just small amounts and other sites say they do so I was just confused about that
they do. i suppose maybe a tiny % smaller but not sure most folks would ever tell the difference. autos haven’t been around as long so there’s probably more variation in phenos and characteristics. i grew two autos outside this summer and they both knock me on my a$$.
my advice is that in the future, if you’re growing indoors with limited space and can give them 100% darkness for 12 hours a day, just do photos. they’re a lot more consistent. but esp for your first grow, i wouldn’t sweat any of this.
