HELP PLEASE. How can I raise my ph level?

I’m starting seedlings in Promix organic soil and just checked my ph levels and they are at 3.5, which is obviously way too low.

How can I raise it? I have Jacks 3-2-1 fertilizer but I’ve read to not use fertilizer with seedlings or right after transplanting. I could really use some help.

Thank you in advance and for all your help

Ok. I’m an idiot. I was testing my new ph tester against the paper testers and used water from the kitchen tap which runs through a softener.

That being said, my ph is still only at 5.7 which is low from the reading I’ve done on here. Any ways to boost it up a bit? As I said I just got Jacks 3-2-1 A and B, and as I also wrote I’ve read to not do any fertilizing with seedlings or right after transplanting. If that’s incorrect I could use some ideas for that as well.

Thank you for all your help. Was kind of freaking out a bit.

which Promix specifically. They have a lot of them. A picture of the bag or whatever.
Did you use a slurry to test the medium’s ph?
Is the pen calibrated?
If it is a straight peat product it is soilless and 5.7 is right on. It is treated as hydro for ph purposes. Just like coco. But lets make sure what we have first.
