Help first time grow autoflower!

Just my 02. If you want to try and grow multiple plants in a small tent. Do photos. You have more control over them. For my self. The 75x75x160 is only big enough for one of my normal autos. So I have a hard time judging what others can get in a smaller area. I give each plant a 2’x2’ square to grow in. The 450 light is good for a 2’x2’ area as well. A QB 260 would cover a 3x3 tent nice.

@Oldguy, you are running HIDs though right?

I prefer to top. @Nicky fims. I suck at fimming. I am going to tag you to another grow I just added a picture to showing how crowded my 4x4 tent was getting with 4 plants in. You are n such a small space. I doubt if a scrog would help. I would lst as best as you can

@Oldguy Thought so to cover that much real estate  I wonder if that may be the way for me to go in winter. I would need to cover a 4x8 area. My room is open as well

If you do go with the hid then vented hoods would be the way to go.
I’m going to try and reclaim some of the light heat for the rest of the house.
I’m paying for it anyway. :joy::+1:

Yes, you can do both. This is what I have going on now. And I may have to catch up with you for a little more info on that later today @Oldguy. There are always a ton of the HID cheap here for sale

This grow here was in my 4x4 to show how crowded it can get with autos

How many plants do you do in that monster room @Oldguy

@Bongtoker. Gonna be doing 12 this round.
Did 7 just under the 1000 last time. Was too many for the light. Affected yield. But another hood and 2 like new 600’s this time. So should have plenty of light this time.

Nicee sounds like a plan, are you growing photos or auto’s? Have you got any pics of your set up?

Photos this round but I’ll do both when I have something interesting in an auto.
Give me a few.

I’ve run the exhaust piping for the lights since the pic but not Tidyed up yet.
And the open hood will go to the left of those 2 vented ones.
Looking to flower a 5 x 12 area if I can.

This is from my last one.
And they got big.

This is my 2 grow first time using Gorilla Glue Autoflowers. Background I have a 32/32/60" Tent, with a 600 W LED LIGHT. My first grow I used FFOF SOIL in 3 gallon fabric grow pots, that grow did decent I think considering I drowned one of the two by doing a Flush, I kept reading about flush flush flush, so I flushed 1 of the 2 then being a beginer I watered the plant I had just Flushed. Drowned it. Killed it. That was my first grow I used Northern lights photos. Autoflowers peaked my interest due to the supposed 12 weeks from seed to cut. So I purchased 7 gallon fabric grow pots on the advice from the Forum. I had to buy 30 Quarts of FFOF soil to fill those pots. I bought Gorilla Glue Autoflowers for the high THC Content and Supposed easy to grow indoor plants. One of the plants is doing ok I guess for a tad over 1 month, anyway out of 4 seeds I planted using Jiffy Pellets only 2 sprouted. When I transplant the two I carefully cut the netting from around them and put them in there permanent home. Here is what they look like now!

Is this anything to be concerned about where its lighter in the middle thanks @kellydans @Oldguy @Covertgrower

That would be normal for New Growth to be a lighter color of green.

Just my thoughts. You may want to consider starting autos in a solo cup rather than direct. They will start a little faster for you that way. Not a big deal with photos. But it can make a difference with autos. Also, careful how much you feed when they are small. A little goes a long way with these. :slightly_smiling_face:
