That’s generally a sign that your pushing her with the nutes. I would proceed carefully and not bump up your nutes until you can get your runoff ppms.

If you start seeing the lower leaves colors yellow out a bit that means she’s hungry. If her nails are painted it means she’s right where you want her. You just gotta pay attention, she will tell you what she wants. Soon as the ppm meter arrives you will know 
Oh yea, she will make 70 days. Mine went 79 days and probably could have gone a few more.
Once 75-80% of the hairs turn colors start watching your trichs. She will be close.

I pulled my big girl at all cloudy. The others I let go amber to see the difference. It’s good both ways. When the tips get like that it’s called painted nails. It’s a good sign as long as it’s just the tips
