Can anyone confirm, are these ladies past the seedling phase?
Not sure if i should change my light settings yet or not.

Look good. Final pot and leave alone for a bit. You will like the Afghan. Havent grown an auto of it myself. Just photo.

As long as you raise the lights appropriately you are clear for blast off.
If you measure light just ensure you are in the range for cannabis at this age
If not just monitor the plants and increase power or decrease distance 5% a day looking for any light avoidance presentations in the plant.

If your plant starts stretching with a thin stem you need to get the light power up. This can happen in 2 days.
Yes. When the seeds sprout the tiny round leaves are called cotyledons. When you have these but no other growth your plants are considered seedlings. Once you have a set of true/bladed leaves your plants are in vegetative growth stage and no longer considered seedlings. If you are treating plants a certain way due to immaturity it’s usually fine to continue doing so for at least a short time beyond getting true leaves, if you wish.
