G’day all
Would it be possible @raustin to transplant a seedling from all its current grow medium to a diff grow medium?
Thanks for all your time.

Yes, you can absolutely transplant to a different grow medium. You can even gently wash off the old soil from the roots if you want.
Some are already sick but are hanging on, i have a never say die attitude so if i have a chance of saving them i will but am also realistic about some casualties, did i just contradict myself? anyway thanks heaps its given me confidence, also how long does PH water hold its value and does it depend in what container it is stored in, eg glass/plastic what is the best way to store ph adjusted water.
thanks so much @raustin
Ph-ed water won’t hold for very long, maybe a few days. It’s best to Ph just before you use it. You can store it in either plastic or glass, it doesn’t make a difference.
Thank you @raustin is it important to ph the growing medium for seedlings before use and what should it be 6.3 to 6.5?
what PH value water do you use for seedlings also what is your preferred PH meter for water and soil not necessarily a combined meter.
cheers
For seedlings, or at any time, your Ph should be between 6.3 and 6.8 with 6.5 being the sweet spot. I water my seedlings with 6.5 ph water.
I use one meter for water, I don’t measure my soil because the runoff water tellus me exactly where the soil is in ph. This is the meter I use:

What i used to do was let it get really dry, then i could gently knead the soil around the roots in my fingers. About 95% of the soil would just fall off then it was really simple to wash of the rest
Yes you can. I do it offen.
If your seedling is from auto flowering seeds I would be very careful of disturbing the roots when transplanting . Just be very gentle as they can sometime get stressed out .
