Need the bright minds of this community - PPM question

Hi team, keen to get some advice on the optimal type of water to use at seedling and early veg stage.

I understand PPM and PH factors are key here but there is limited info out there on the seedling stage specifically. I’ve used DI water only in previous attempts but realize it might not be optimal.

Some sources suggest using water with concentration of ~300-500 ppm is optimal for seedling stage. But I also understand adding nutrients should be avoided in the first few weeks so I am kinda trying to get my head around how this is compatible with the ~300-500pm levels. Does this make sense?

So my question at this stage is (i) Is ~300-500pm indeed an appropriate water concentration for seed/early veg stage water? and if so (ii) what is the optimal way to bring my water ppm up to those levels while avoiding nutrient burns (which I understand are common in early stages)?

Adding below a breakdown table of my water options with respective ppm concentrations.

Water options with ppm

Does this make sense?

Cheers guys
