It doesn’t look ready yet despite the condition of the leaves . Possibly over dosed on nutrient . Check your trichomes daily . Peace .
I agree with all stated above. Heavy nitrogen feeding will make the plant push foxtails as she is still working on grow nutes. You can tell by the dark green leathery appearance and clawing. Watch the trichs on the older area of the bud, not the sugar leaves.
