HAPPY FROG OR OCEAN FOREST? (Whats the best option?)

I am starting fresh so i need to know what option is best for my soil? Happy Frog or Ocean Forest ?

These are autos and it will be inside.

For autos, I’d go with Happy Frog. Ocean Forest is a little hot for seedlings and if it shocks an auto, then there is not much time for recovery.

I’ve been using happy frog since 2018, at least 15 grows, I love the results. this baby ( abusive og kush) was chopped down today.
