Check out a band called “Heavy Blanket”. Its very melodic, instrumental, metal. Also “Witch” Sabbath stoner doom sound. They’re both projects of a guitarist I’ve followed most my life. J Mascis.

I have an established fear of doctors…from… Years of experimental and old spine treatments(that aren’t done any longer)… Plus… Conscious Amnesia drugs… Don’t work on me… I definitely keep anesthesia Dr’s on their toes during spinal/nerve tests.
I hope so too… But the longer I sit the more places I hurt…
Slip along dude house… Into and onto a gravel flower bed… And against the houses block basement walls…
I feel freaking elderly and fragile right now.

Do you have a heating pad? It helps my back anytime i have to paythe price of not realizing how old I am. The whiskey too, it at least helps the soul heal

We’ve been on a wait list for a puppy since October… It’s for my wife for Christmas. One of her dream dogs.
We received a message that “Clark” is available for pickup on January 14th!
We accepted! And we love his name.
Say hello to Clark! A Bernese Mountain dog puppy.
Next is a Newfoundland dog!

Hola @SausageMahoney Generally yes… But not quite good enough to be in a car, walk long distances yet, nor lift much.
However… Not as scared as I was. I kept putting off going to the Dr. For both my knee… Which is still bruised and swollen a bit… And my back… It felt as if I really F’ed up the previous surgery at L3-L4 as well as above and below the fusion cage.
Still feel elderly for my age.
As far as the puppy… Originally we were told sometime between May and September… But another person had an emergency…
We are very excited… When i saw the pic I wanted to reply… “are you kidding? Of course!”
Exactly what I’d hoped for… Coloring wise. He looks mellow… I like mellow. He looks fluffy… I Fing love fluffy!

That’s awesome. Positive emotion is actually therapeutic. I’m starting to get arthritis in my right knee. This weather is not helping. My dog wanting to play tug every morning, is a moment I’m not thinking of it.
