So just started the 2nd ever seeds started. I started one years ago and I had to destroy it. But now I’m on track to grow enough to make my own medicine for Colitis, panic, anxiety, insomnia, and OCD. Just popped half of my seeds into a glass of water. Will wait about a month and to start the rest. Want to see if it will grow in my yard in SW Florida. Plus don’t want too many in case someone stumbles upon them. I’m to old to go to jail. Going to Home Depot to get potting soil, some tomato plants and other stuff to grow around it. Started White Widow and Gold Leaf. Wish me luck! I haven’t used weed since 1976. And now I’m 57 and sick as a dog. To be pain free would be a high.

Look on guides for companion plants to plant with your girls. The bugs hate them. Things like garlic, mint ect.

Welcome @Lindababy ! I’m with @Hogmaster… Been a long time dealing with chronic pain. I didn’t care for how RX made me feel so I stopped using them and just tried to deal with it. I started growing for the fun of it then discovered I was hurting a lot less! The more I smoked the less I hurt. No pharm for me!

Thanks, yeah I can get pharma narcs legally easier than MMJ in good old FL. They just legalized medical, but restrictions so tight that people like me still can’t do it legally. So I’m taking it into my own hands.

Oh that has never been a problem for me. I stop when they tell me to because I would never go to the streets for it. That’s why I’m trying the home grow thing. THANKS though. I know it’s hard for so many.

but am asked every time I go if I need it. The hypocrisy just kills me that
I could get that in a heartbeat, but can’t get a little herbal pain relief.
