What kind of soil are they in, and do you know the pH of your well water?

Vigiro all purpose potting soil w,/coir. And we just checked ph way way low in water

Define way low… looks like your locked out because the ph tanked and they cant take up any nutrients

So as first fix get my ph level up ,

Ph level showed as a 1

Couldn’t find a website for your soil manufacturer, but I found it on Home Depot’s site, and it appears to be very similar to Miracle Grow. Most of their soil varieties say things on the package like “Feeds your plants for 90 days” or “time released fertilizers”.
Typically those are not the best things to use for what we’re doing, and is probably at least part of the pH problems you’re experiencing.

Any chance you can get your hands on bag of cannabis friendly soil to transplant them into?

That can’t be…you can’t drink water with a ph of 1, cause it’s not water at that point, it’s a strong acid…i suggest getting a good ph/tds meter. Fix your water ph ASAP.

Also, soil like “miracle grow” is a poor choice for Cannabis. I recommend a good entry level soil…Fox Farm happy frog or ocean forest…not too expensive and will do the job. Once you get a few grows under your belt start looking at organic super soils, or coco as your medium.

Alright, so first, we need to get your ph to around 6.5. Thats a good average number for nutrient uptake. First though, we need the exact ph number. Are you checking the ph before you water or are you checking runoff ?

No worries growmie, every single grower starts exactly where you are! This is a great place to get advice…keep asking questions…the only stupid question is the one not asked.

Welcome to the community @Dkanipe! As my fellow Growmies have covered, ph is right up there on the list of important factors in successful growing  Get a good meter, alot of us use Apera. Amazon sells them at reasonable prices and I believe also sell kits that come with meters, calibration and storage fluids all in one.

Both are made by the same company.

The 1st 3 pics show symptoms of a severe nitrogen toxicity.

It’s not surprising to see pH problems when using MG or Vigoro. They are essentially the same product.

It will be next to impossible to get the pH corrected with time-release nitrogen pellets in the soil. It nukes your plant with nitrogen and submarines your pH every time you water.

I would transplant the plant into a good soil that is buffered for cannabis like a FF soil, Roots Organics, Stonington Blend, or Black Magic.

Avoid any soil that says “time release” or “moisture control.”

I’ve started just walking down the rows flipping dirt bags over looking for the npk chart. If it has one, move to the next bag. The ONLY thing I can find local with NO nitrogen is a yellow bag of compressed ProMix. Can’t recommended it yet as I’m on my first grows with it.

I’ve seen plenty of growers use it. @Myfriendis410 is one of them.

I have seen the name around here too.
I think they are using a better grade then I. I’m using the Walmart crap in yellow bags. Gotta try to get out today for another one. I miss judged :worried::green_heart::metal:

I used the Promix HP: High Porosity. It’s also dosed with mycorrhizai. Good stuff, airier than coco but pricey.

I’m a newbie too, on my second grow and reading your post reminds me of my first. I have to buy water where I live because the water coming out of my sink is at 437 PPMS before nutes were added to it. Be sure to get some drip pans under those pots so you can measure PH and PPM readings of you’re runoff in the future. When you see leaf discoloration, that’s the first think you’ll want to check. I have my pots on two inch blocks in the pan to make access to runoff

I use the the promix HP trying out the HPCC now I like them both
