Also put in a new pump. Realy fills the coffee cans fast about a minute for a can and a half. That gives good run off from what I’ve seen so far.
It is the hieght I’m worried about in that short of a tent. Always struggle with that in there though.
Trained last two plants in big tent. I call it the Frankensteiner training.
Pics before.
Pics after.
Pics of plants done on the 14th no befores.
I will let them grow to the next ring up. Train some more give a couple days to adjust and flip to 12/12. That should give me a height 10 or 12 inches above the top ring of cage.
That’s great I think training is one of the best parts of the process
I went from this on 9/6
To this today I flipped mine on 9/26
The short tent. Only in flower stretch for 8 days. What a mess they only have about 10 inchs before hitting lights. I know at some point I have to super crop just don’t want to. What do you think now or later. They look so nice right now.
The tall tent still in training.
Sorry could not decide which ones to post. Only 4 plants.

I would probably wait to super crop let her get some of her stretch out of her system. If you do it now it will be right back where you started later today lol
They all look very healthy and happy
I run into this problem all the time. For me super cropping is not the solution. Me and super crappie, we got an agreement.
As an alternative what works perfectly grab the branch or cola that’s just too tall and too close to the light tie a string around it and pull it towards your tent pole until it’s a level with the rest of the canapy and tie it off to the pole.
Problem solved
If you look at the picture below sorry it’s a bit blurry but you’ll notice that I have three plants that are all tied down evenly in the tent. The main goal is were two and a half feet too long and the rest of the plant was not getting light. The solution is tied the cola off too the side of the tent
Looking solid.
Looking real good. You have 4 times or more room than me. I can give it a shot though. This tent is only 24x36x54 inches. Really small for 3 plants. Have done 4 in it though. Generally don’t let them get as tall as I’m expecting these to go. Have had them touch the light but just barely. We’ll wait and see where I end up at.
You have a nice day. I do read a lot of your stuff. If you didn’t already know.
I probably would have spread it out and tied down before changing light cycle. At this point I would wait until you have flower sites present and see what you fell makes the most sense.
Here that. If my timer hadn’t screwed up I would have been fine. Gave 24/7 for a few days. Got rid of that timer. Such a small area to work with always a hassle. Can’t get I the front door only the end one. It is in a closet under stairs. Always something with that one.
Will go with majority and wait till buds stretch is done then tie down most super crop if necessary.
Thanks for the input all.
@Bigcbud
These air pots coffee cans on top. Pick a nutrient line and stick with it. I use fox farm. You can use whatever though. Just don’t be changing all the time. That will let you get the hang of things with that brand. I also fill with promix BX with minimum of 25% large perlite.
Anyway take a look above on my current grow. Nice part about coffee cans fill with water or feed look back on them 30 minutes to an hour later and see that you have run off. When mine are filled 1 time it seems to give me good run off sometimes though when I go back and look I give anouther 1/4 can.
If you have any questions just ask I will try to answer.
Oh just so you know I grow photoperiod plants I think easier than autoflower. Especially for beginners.
Wife harvested 1/3 of last auto flower quarter pounder today.
New pics of of tall tent today won’t be long for flip.
I’m going with the 5 gallon fabric pots and bags 3.0 next run. I still think I could manage an auto now that I’ll have soil made for cannabis and water that should have roughly the ph I’m looking for. Overwatering was my downfall because I was doing the 2-3 inches of dryness but I’m certain the wooden pot still had its areas of dampness continually. Used Kellogg and black know and I did notice a considerable amount of wood pieces in the soil. Honestly my only concern is a reliable timer if I did go for photoperiods. We experience ALOT of power trips here for some reason and it would just reset the timer every time.
I use Acinfinty timers 75’s IIRC, I unplug after grow and they return to same setting as before unplugging when plugged back in.
I use these they reset themselves.
Make sure to put risers under the fabric pots so the don’t soak up the run off.
Didn’t mean for it to sound like you could not do an auto. I just like photoperiod better and find them more forgiving.
As for the air pot they just match my style of growing. I can only afford 15 minutes to a max of 30 minutes a day with them. With the cans on top I can be in feed all 7 and out in 10 to fifteen minutes.
That also has a lot to do with the 45psi pump I hooked up. Fills a can in 30 to 45 seconds. Run off caught in the dog kennel pans and then used for humidity.
Also when done with grow wash with a brush and garden hose and they are like new no stains.
Not trying to convince you to use. It is just why they work for me.
Those look familiar except the cage color…. Nice brother!
They are eating good.
The short tent had lights flipped 12 days ago. Have been in flower I think for 4 days. Ill get some pics tomorrow if I get time.
@Growdoc
Pics of short tent. Going to have to defoleate and remove unwanted flowering stems soon.
Pics of tall tent. Going to have to do more training soon.

Looking good!
