Grow cabinet build and grow

Don’t worry about the strain. Once you successfully harvest, it’ll still be better than what you buy usually.

Knowing the strain is nice, but I’ve grown some fire from some reggie bag seed…

This grow for me is mainly about getting the basics down. I’m hoping it turns out to be a female so I can continue this right to the end just for the experience. The bud will just be a bonus . Once I’m done here I’m going for some NL fem seeds for the real grow

6.0 actually should be a number in play for coco grow. They’re treated more like hydro grow than soil.

My target goal is 5.8 for runoff but it’s being a PITA and hanging on @ 6

What’s your ph of nute solution?

I’m using the sensi ph perfect coco grow A&B and it seems to auto correct anything to 5.8 . I tried this last feeding to add a little ph down I managed to get it to 5.5 but not sure if the nutes corrected that to? My next feeding is going to be straight water and I’ll try and get it down that way

My understanding is that you need to be careful using the ph adjusters with that. But I’ve never used it. I would say if it’s measured 5.8 going in and runoff is 6.0 you should be right in the wheelhouse. Unless someone that uses it can give you better info, I probably wouldn’t sweat it any.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing as I added it lol trial and error right lol she does seem much happier now that I started adding 1/4 strength nutes to the mix

Looks good to me!

Any guesses as to what I have here? Indica? Sativia?
I know it’s early but trying to prepare for either a bushy or tall plant. I’m planning to scrog whatever it turns out to be since I have height restrictions with my cabinet.

If you’re gonna scrog it, it really doesn’t matter. But it’s definitely a little early to tell. Fact is that most of strains around are hybrids anyway. So phenotypes can display different characteristics of the same strain anyway. You can plant 5 seeds out of same bag and get different looking/behaving plants, happens all the time.

I would just grow her out and see. Will probably be able to tell a little more later in grow.

Anything special that I’d should be doing after a transplant ?

Don’t overwater! Other than that just leave her alone and let her settle into her new digs.
