Grodan gro-blocks 4x4 cubes first time user

Vegging some leftover over clones in 4x4 gro-blocks my question is how long can I keep them in the blocks for looking to have a cleaner setup then coco for future clones currently using the small airpots for moms

@RightAway can help you with this question. You should check out his journal and what he produces in rock wool cubes :love_you_gesture:

I’m not seeing anything concerning Grow Bro :love_you_gesture:

I am seeing normal growth. A 4x4 cube is a starter cube. That would be best put on a grodan slab. Then you can grow a larger plant. They can also be put in a pot with coco or potting soil.

@OGIncognito @RightAway I want to switch my drip irrigation system last run using coco and then switching to cubes the main reason vibrations from my flora flex sump pump are to loud and I’m sure my neighbors can hear now I’m switching to

A bubbler system with 3 inch circulators my setup is a 5by5 grow tent with a 4by4 drip tray my question is how long should I cut my lines I’m thinking 18 inches to a barb t fitting were I would need two more lines to connect to the circulator how long should they be

If I’m understanding the question the length would depend on your set up distance from res to individual pots :love_you_gesture:

I was thinking to cut my drip line 18inches long into the T and then cut another line
my second cut of lines into the circulator im asking is there a specific length i should cut

@RightAway @OGIncognito found out fairly quick that these bubbler’s and circulator are not like drippers after some reading 35 seconds is the recommended time for a watering event how would I go about a wet dry cycle with multiple watering events previously was following the schedule recommended by floraflex burn and turn

No dry period with coco Brother, at a minimum it should remain damp. Your frequent fertigation will work :love_you_gesture:

I don’t really grow like that so I don’t know if I’ll be too much help to you. I know the Coco’s never supposed to dry out completely you want to keep it damp at all times. You’re probably going to have to do a bit of experimenting and stay on top of it. As the plant grows you’ll have to increase number of fertigation events. I would probably start with two or three a day. And I would ensure water long enough that the entire pot is getting fertigated. And then don’t let them dry out completely in between. When we experiment we have to be willing to monitor on a regular. I think it sounds interesting and I surely wish you luck. Happy growing
