I had 100% germ with GG in peat pods.
2 were pale green and are runts.
I may have stretched them a little.
Ok maybe this is a stupid question but are the gorilla glue seeds I received are they auto flower seeds?
Shouldn’t be, do you have reason to believe they are?
I didn’t think they were, I’ve just been doin some reading online and came across a few articles that talk about a gg auto flower strain so I was just curious as to what exactly I planted lol, btw they seem to be doing really good but then today I noticed a few fungus gnats, so I’m currently treating them with diatomaceous earth, Neem oil, and insecticidal soap as well as several yellow sticky pads, guess the I’m to blame for keeping the soil too moist,
I’m week 6 of flowering not sure when to harvest, I stopped feeding two weeks ago and been flushing since. The trichs’ are mostly if not all cloudy, maybe 25 to 30% amber colored, it looks like I’ve had some new growth over the past couple days. I have 5 plants that look almost ready and three that I can tell need a couple more weeks, what’s your opinion on when to harvest? Thank you
6 weeks seems awfully early for any strain to have 25-30% amber trichomes. Are you possibly confusing pistils and trichomes? And making sure to check trichs on the buds not the sugar leaves?
If you indeed have 30% amber trichomes on buds, based on where I see your buds at they’re probably ready to be taken down. But pretty unusual in my opinion. Wondering if maybe stopping nutrients and flushing so early didn’t play into that.
Yeah maybe early to have stopped nutes but yes I’m using a jewelers magnifying lens to look at the trichs on the buds not the sugar leafs, I’m gonna let them go for another week or so and see what’s happens thanks
Sounds like solid plan to me.
This happened to me on a 10 pack of Gelato. Over 50% were all pale gray and immature. Only 4 seeds (the mature ones) germinated. I don’t understand why ILGM even wastes time sending obvious immature seeds! Those seeds should be eliminated via their quality control. Evidently quality control is their weak link. They must replace an awful lot of seeds for non-germination due to this seems like a huge waste of time and money for them and a pain in the ass for us the consumer
