My first GG#4, and I think they are doing great. So, I’m debilitating on should i flip on Day 40 from seed or should i wait a few more weeks to flip on day 54 … I really don’t want to over grow my vertical movement on my lights which is about 24" maybe 30"… so i need some advice from all fellow growers and pro’s at ILGM. I would go to 42 days from the day the seeds popped out of the ground, but it really depends on what you are doing - scrog, sog, supercopping, using clones, and so on. I think if you are keeping it simple, around 42 is fine. Autoflowering strains will start flowing around 28 days, so you can go early too. When you switch over to 12/12 they are going to stretch a bit still too. I’m still an amatuer though and certain alot of experts here will have other opinions. Good luck.
Is that trellis tent high? Is thats ur goal height the flip is due anyday now. GG may stretch a bit less then sativa dom’s. But u dont wanna push ur luck. I say they are ready when u are
