So it’s sooooo hot right now I’ve decided my plants would be better off outside than in a 100 degree tent. One is almost done and three just starting to flower. I’m bringing them in for the nights then back out in morning. Does this sound good? Or bad?
I’ve read that a few ppl are doing that…the free electricity is nice too lol
If your plants haven’t been outside it is best to slowly introduce them to outdoor to avoid burning the plants. An hour in the morning same in the evening for a couple of days. Slowly give more time over the week. Should be ready for full sunlight after a week or so. This is called hardening off.
I’m with @Gremmall about free electricity.
Sounds like a solid plan to me, just remember to maintain the 12 hr uninterupted dark period . If the sunlight is intense try to put the plants under some shadeclothand gradually increase the direct sun over a period of a week or so to help harden the plants off. good luck with your grow. cheers mountainman 1
They look really good right now my wierdo has stood up straight out there leaves up and all. It’s never never looked better
Please please please for the love of all things green and funky… use insect preventative measures. Ive used to sun along with my indoor lights for a couple grows and have finally stopped (for the most part) because of an infestation at my last place. Inspect the ladies as best as possible every morning and night. And possibly look into food grade de or some other organic pesticide. Its very easy to contaminate your grow op with those conditions
They will be outside in shade or sun then into a old shed overnight for dark periods and deer protection. I’m shutting it down inside the heat is just getting worse. Maybe a fall run? With the new qb light
Well it’s been a great first few days outside the weather cooperated with some overcast and rain so not too powerful sun which is just what they needed. Just fed them all
