Go get some mosquito bits or donks and mix one in your water and water with it or put it on top of the soil and water with it

Like @Jayjay504 said Mosquito bits works great. I sprinkle on top of the soil and water in. Many here (myself included) use sticky traps as well to catch the flyers. Takes about 2 weeks.
Those spots on the leaves could be from water droplets on the leaves during lights on.

Start with mosquito bits soaked in water. After that allow your soil to dry out good establishing a drench to drought routine. Also hang a few fly strips to catch the adults. The gnats thrive in the first few inches of moist soil. Allowing the soil to dry out good will eradicate the eggs and larvae also. Gotta disrupt the life cycle.

I had a very similar situation, and was told to get some ‘Cal-Mag’ and water with Cal-Mag water. I’m no expert, but I’ve had reasonable help from that stuff.
Thanks I got some mesquito bits just did first treatment

Cal mag helps with fungus gnats?
‘Cal-Mag’ was a misdiagnosis, I think. I was led to believe it would/can help. I’ve had such a horrible experience with these guys, I threw up my arms in disgust, and I’m doing a mass disinfection. Bleach, soap, and water are the only things that’re going to get rid of these guys! I’m tired of living with yellow sticky tape!
