Capt Jacks Deadbug is effective. Many use diatomaceous earth for gnats.

Gnats are usually a symptom of overwatering. Be sure to let your soil dry out between waterings.

Get some mosquito bits or dunks and soak a cup in a gallon of water and water plants with it. This will kill larvae and eggs as well. Yellow sticky pads will catch the adults as well as tell you when they are all gone.
