Girls in trouble?

Thanks Joe. Yeah It’s gonna be experimenting and repetition.
Ok so I was able to get three girls run off phd. I ran out of nuted water got eun off on the other three but not enough to test.

Girl in soil that has brown spots ph input 6.6 run off 6.1.
Two girls in ProMix ph input 6.3 run off 6.2 and 5.9.
That’s what I got.

So for the potassium i would add liquid bone meal. The calcium i would add cal-mag and the ph just monitor your input and runoff to watch for any crazy ph swings. Nothing much to worry about as you’ve caught it before a significant amount of damage. I know @Aussie_autos has a really cool bubble tea mixture that he always recommendeds that you can make with household ingredients. I’ll have to try it put one day but the people who commented above will help you out or you can feel free to tag me and ill give you my 2 cents or tag others to help. The search bar here is your friend tho and I think a lot of people overlook it as its easier to make a post but there is a vast amount of information on this site. I use the search bar like Google lmao

Those are not bad pH ideally run of should be about 6.5 I believe but you don’t have any major swings to worry about here…… does your brown spots look like my brown spots I wonder??? Lol here’s a pic

The damaged leaves will not get better. Watch for new damage to see if it is better. I would leave the damaged leaves on the plant until they fade completely. Watch them as they would show more/new damage first I believe.

GENTLY don’t over correct and burn them. This is one big problem with autos, there is such a short time to correct a problem.

“I just love your painted nails” sounds like a nice way to address them. LOL
Seriously, slightly burned leaf tips are a good sign that you are pushing the plant to it’s limit. More than “just the tip” is a problem and should back off some.

Hey man thank y’all so much for the assistance. It’s greatly appreciated!

Big Cat420, I will visit hydro store in my area and enquire about liquid bone meal. Tezza’s mix sounds good. Probably get into that down the road. I am just trying to get through this first grow.

Joe318 Brown spots similar, tips definite.

HMGRWN nice pick up line. I might use that :joy:.
Thanks a lot this really helps and boosts my confidence back up.
So that was my first watering til run off. It appeared to be a lot of water but it’s done. I noticed their leaves went down. Hopefully they will raise back up soon.
I will send some pics of the instructions I got with my grow kit and y’all will see they don’t say anything about watering til run off. Main reason why I have been hesitant. In fact at instructions no. 9 Flowering stage. You will see it states 1 liter of water every 2-4 days. That’s what I been doing and never got a run off. So how could I ever check ph coming out. This is where some confusion had set in for me.

This is the chart I was following for the lady in soil

Good afternoon family. So these are the girls after my first water til run off. Their leaves drooped but maybe they will perk back up.

A Pot for Pot uses a “living soil” and is treated different from potting mix. The microbes in the soil need to stay moist (no wet/dry cycle) and they will keep the ph within a certain level so checking runoff is not necessary.
However, neither God nor Mother Nature work there so it is still man made and has deficiencies and may need a little help along the way with some supplements.
Some will argue but I still say “water only” is a myth for the most part.

Yeah I hear that! Well I watered her to run off. Hopefully I didn’t disturb the soil. So I guess do not let her dry out as much as the others.
Also I am using Advance Nutrients Sensi Bloom a&b big bud carbo load and bud candy. Can she get any of that?

You can use as directed I suppose. Just watch the plant for reactions whatever you do. I am growing one in what is basically home made living soil. It does not ever get dry or feel light like potting soil. I have poured pretty high concentration of nutes on it and it does well.

Ok thanks. One last ? Did you see the pics I sent after the watering and do they look normal?

Nothing alarming that I can see. They look good, maybe over-watered but not a big deal plants sometimes droop before/after watering or right before lights out. Just let them dry out some before watering again. Let the plant tell you when.

About a pound.

Ok thank you. I will keep updating as my journey continues. Happy & Peaceful Growing to you and all!

Hello to my grow family. Here with an update. Day 48. Girl in Superb Soil appears to be recovering I went to local Hydro Store and spoke with the good people there. We looked at the pics and he gave me a some samples of Recharge. I put a teaspoon of Recharge 3ml Cal Mag/gal. ph 6.6.

My other girls have a leaf issue now. I just noticed this deficiency. Idk what it is. I have fed twice since I just noticed.
Growing in ProMix Hp w/Mycorrhizae. 8ml Ph perfect Bloom A&B 4ml carbo load big bud sensizym bud candy 2ml cal mag. New addition-3 ml fish shit.

Other than that I have managed to keep them alive to this point and remain sane. Lol :joy: actually I am much more relaxed and calmer than when the grow first started. It’s not over yet but I want to thank this community for your support regardless of my outcome.
That being said what so y’all think. Are we ok over here? I have never seen this beautiful plant face to face at this stage. I have only seen green leaves. At this stage have they stopped growing? What happens next

?

Hello to all, I hope all is well!

I wanted to give an update and get some opinions. Today is day 57 beginning the ninth week from sprout. I think I am getting close with some. I think two others are behind them and one I know is behind as she was planted a week later. Interesting thing is that she seems to be growing taller than the other girls and longer to develop. I guess I have to LST her to bring her away from light. If I raise the light; will that effect the girls further along in flower?
Also bought Parts Express grow room microscope 60x on Amazon and I got one from pot4pot and I can’t see a thing (LOL) As this is my first grow I don’t have any experience at any stage. I will send some close ups as best I can. Maybe y’all can help a fella out?

Looks good, say another 3, 4 weeks. Those pistils will have receded quite a bit, and will also have changed colors. For now, just let em keep growing
