Nothing any of us did but it just disappeared on its own. Might have been a day later.

Now it just showed up on mine again but on the left side of the screen.
Not covering any buttons this time.

It’s on my iOS safari page too. It’s a bit quirky to work around the placement to reply.

On my laptop using Google too. It is also on the sister Grow Journals site.
It does get in the way of the reply button when you have the dialog box open…bit of a pain.

It’s been happening to me as well… Cannot post replies… Or it takes a bunch of messing around to get it to submit because of the support cloud button thingy.

Lol yea it started off as just the bubble with 3 dots in it, now it says get support too. Looks like they’re playing with features.
It would be good, but in the shop section only, not really needed for the forum. Just my 2 cents

I found there is an arrow on the right side of the reply box and when you click it …it reduces the size of the text box so the reply button is no longer covered by this new get support button… I use a PC though so not sure what the phone has…

I can see them wanting to help folks get the proper info. I get that.
Why not just put the button beside the ones in the top header.

Everybody can see it when they log in and it’s out of the way of the nav buttons for the ones not needing it.
